These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our clothing sewing and repair services at our Pittsburgh location or through our website at thrixxenghunmlox.ddd.

Services Description

Thrixxenghunmlox provides professional clothing sewing and repair services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom garment creation and tailoring
  • Clothing alterations and adjustments
  • Repairs including zipper replacement, seam repair, and button replacement
  • Specialty services for delicate and vintage fabrics

All services are performed at our workshop located at 5000 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.

Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your garments and desired services
  • Disclose any known issues with fabrics or materials
  • Pick up completed items within the agreed timeframe
  • Pay for services as quoted and agreed upon
  • Treat our staff and premises with respect

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the complexity of the work, materials required, and garment condition. Final pricing will be provided after an in-person consultation.

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. A deposit may be required for custom orders. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

Turnaround Times

Estimated completion times are provided at the time of order placement. While we strive to meet all deadlines, turnaround times may vary based on workload, complexity, and material availability.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Please discuss urgent requests with our team at the time of consultation.

Quality and Workmanship

We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please notify us within 7 days of pickup. We will work with you to address any concerns.

Our guarantee covers workmanship only and does not extend to fabric degradation, color changes, or pre-existing damage not caused by our services.

Limitation of Liability

While we exercise the utmost care with all garments, Thrixxenghunmlox is not liable for:

  • Damage to fragile or deteriorated fabrics that may occur during normal handling
  • Color bleeding or shrinkage due to fabric characteristics
  • Loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days

Our liability is limited to the reasonable value of the garment or the cost of services provided, whichever is less.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Thrixxenghunmlox website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Thrixxenghunmlox and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Custom designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of Thrixxenghunmlox unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive the right to use their commissioned garments for personal use.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose

Modifications to Terms

Thrixxenghunmlox reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
